In order to implement the Rail Baltica project, various procurement procedures are planned, which are related to the ordering of works, services as well as the supply of materials. To achieve the best outcome, we are hereby conducting a market survey, to obtain input from potential bidders on the existing market situation, gather feedback on the current Rail Baltica procurement/contract terms and contract approaches.
