Marten Kokk, a Master of Laws graduate from the University of Tartu, has served in a wide range of senior roles in the Estonian government and foreign service. His extensive experience includes serving as Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador to the OECD and UNESCO, and most recently, Estonia’s Ambassador to the European Union at the COREPER I Committee. His leadership roles in both European and Asian diplomatic missions underscore his deep expertise in international relations, governance, and strategic cooperation.
