INVITATION TO MEETING WITH SUPPLIERS
RB Rail AS, the central coordinator of the Rail Baltica project, intends to announce a series of tenders on design works for certain Rail Baltica sections in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. More information about Rail Baltica project is available on our website: https://www.railbaltica.org and in the presentation attached below.
We invite the interested suppliers to participate in an individual meeting with representatives from RB Rail AS in the period from 10 November 2017 till 14 November 2017 at RB Rail AS premises, address: K.Valdemara iela 8–7, Riga. The meeting will be scheduled for up to 1 (one) hour. Maximum 30 time slots will be available.
At the meeting RB Rail AS will introduce potential suppliers to Rail Baltica project, project schedule and procurement plan in the field of subject matter – design works.

2. Information on procurements in the field of design works (please see the overview presentation of the scope – download)
3. General information on key milestones in design process
4. Q&A session:
a. Part 1: RB Rail AS questions to suppliers

The meeting will be recorded in written form, and the minutes in a summarised form for all meetings will be available online at: https://www.railbaltica.org

The maximum number of meetings is 30, with no more than three representatives from one potential supplier allowed for the meeting. The applications will be registered on a first-come basis, and RB Rail AS will confirm the participation of the supplier by sending a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the application.
The number of participants is restricted due to the limited capacity of the meeting room available to the organizer.
