Subject Matter of Open Competition
The subject-matter of the open competition is consulting services for the preparation of a study on supply of mineral materials for Rail Baltica in Latvia, covering the following key goals: amount estimation of required mineral materials for Rail Baltica construction in Latvia; quality definition of mineral materials; identification and assessment of locally available mineral material resources (deposits of mineral resources) in terms of material quality, amount, availability, capacity, logistics constrains to supply materials for Rail Baltica construction; necessity of processing of natural materials, etc. Detailed information is provided in Annex 3.

Submission of Proposals
Proposal for the open competition shall be submitted personally, by courier or registered mail delivery to the RB Rail AS, Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 8-7, 4th floor, Riga, LV-1010). Proposal shall be submitted not later than by 13 July 2017, till 10:00 o’clock.
Opening of Proposals
The opening of Proposals takes place during an open meeting of the procurement commission at 10.00 o’clock on 13 July 2017 at RB Rail AS office on 4th floor, Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 8-7, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia.
