Rail AS open competition “Rail Baltica Infrastructure Management Study” procurement commission (session minutes No 4 dated 3 August 2017) has prolonged the proposal submission deadline until 5 September 2017.

Subject Matter of Open Competition
The subject-matter of the open competition is a study on infrastructure management of Rail Baltica as described in Annex 2 of the open competition regulation.
The study will have to cover Rail Baltica Global Project. The delivery of the study will take place in Latvia.

Submission of Proposals
Proposal for the open competition shall be submitted personally, by courier or registered mail delivery to the RB Rail AS, Krišjāņa Valdemara iela 8-7, 4thfloor, Riga, LV-1010). Proposal shall be submitted not later than by 5 September 2017, till 10:00 o’clock.
Opening of Proposals
The opening of Proposals takes place during an open meeting of the procurement commission at 10.00 o’clock on 5 September 2017 at RB Rail AS office on 4th floor, Krišjāņa Valdemara iela 8-7, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia.
