Joint Stock Company RB Rail AS announces Request for proposal for procurement “Business Plan preparation” No P/2016-8
JSC “RB Rail AS”, registration No. 40103845025, Legal address: Gogoļa iela 3, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia. Office address: Kr Valdemara iela 21, Rīga LV-1010, Latvia (hereinafter – the Company) organizes procurement “Business Plan preparation” No P/2016-8 (hereinafter – Procurement).
Description of the Subject matter of the procurement
Business plan preparation in accordance with the Specification (Annex No. 2) (hereinafter – the Services). The purpose of this Business Plan is to set the operational framework of the Company. The framework estimates the Company’s revenue, operating expenditure and cash flows by considering the respective CEF project cash flows for the next financial years 2016 – 2031. The completed Business Plan shall correspond to the stipulations of the Company’s Shareholders Agreement, the Grant Agreement and the Contracting Scheme.
The Candidate has to take into account the fact that Company is a commercial joint venture of three countries’ governments (Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia), which requires clear and repetitive communication with representatives from all 3 countries.
The procurement and subject matter is co-financed by Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).
Type of the Agreement: Services.
Period of the Agreement: 6 months.
Estimated value of the Agreement: 300 000 EUR (excl. VAT)
Submission of Proposals
A Proposal for participation in the Procurement shall be submitted personally, by courier or registered mail to the RB Rail AS, Kr. Valdemara iela 21, room 639, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia). A Proposal shall be submitted by August 31, 2016 till 14:00 o’clock..
