RB Rail AS is inviting market participants to take part in a supplier consultation ahead of the open procurement “Freight Traffic Demand Forecast Update” (RBR 2026/7).
This is a pre-procurement consultation, and the procurement has not yet been launched. Feedback from the market will help shape the final procurement requirements.
Suppliers, consultants and industry experts with relevant experience in freight demand modelling and transport forecasting are welcome to review the documentation and submit comments or suggestions.
Deadline for comments and suggestions: 6 August 2026, 12:00 (Riga time).
