In his video address, the Commissioner described Rail Baltica as one of Europe’s most important infrastructure projects, underlining its role in strengthening connectivity, economic resilience, and security across Europe. He also stressed the importance of keeping the project on track towards the 2030 completion target and continuing strong European cooperation.
