Joint Stock Company RB Rail AS announces Request for proposals for procurement No P/2016-7 “Auditing Services 2016-2018”
RB Rail AS, registered with the commercial register of the Republic of Latvia by unified registration number 40103845025, legal address Riga, Gogoļa iela 3, hereinafter referred to as – the Customer.
The Customer organises procurement “Auditing Services 2016-2018” (hereinafter – Procurement).
Description of the subject-matter (hereinafter – Service)
1.1. Service Part I: The Certified Audit Company undertakes to carry out an audit of the Company’s financial statements for the annual periods of 2016 – 2018. The Company’s first financial statement for 28 October 2014 – 31 December 2015 was prepared under the Annual Accounts Act. The Audit shall be carried out by the Certified Auditors and in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards issued by International Federation of Accountants as adopted by European Union;
1.2. Service Part II: The Certified Audit Company undertakes to carry out an audit of the project expenditure of the EU Connecting Europe Facility (hereinafter – CEF) funded project “Development of a 1435mm standard gauge railway line in the Rail Baltic / Rail Baltica (RB) corridor through Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania”, Action No. 2014-EU-TMC-0560-M (Grant Agreement INEA/CEF/TRAN/ M2014/1045990) and any other financial instrument that has become available within the auditing period (further referred to as Grant Agreement/s) that are under direct responsibility of RB Rail AS.
Provision of above mentioned Service has to be done in accordance with Specification (Annex No 2 of the Request for proposal) and draft agreement (Annex No 3 of the Request for proposal) for the annual periods 2016-2018.
Type of Agreement: Services.
Period of the Agreement: 3 years.
Submission of Proposals
A Proposal for participation in the Procurement shall be submitted personally, by courier or registered mail to the RB Rail AS, 21 Kr. Valdemara iela, room 639, Riga, LV-1010). A Proposal shall be submitted by June 30, 2016 till 16:00 o’clock.
