Job summary

Project Control Engineer in Estonia will be responsible for all elements of Project Controls (Scheduling, Cost, Trend and Risk) for assigned projects within the Rail Baltica Project.

We will entrust you to

  • Create and maintain the project time schedules using professional CPM planning software. Undertake critical path analysis and communicate the status of the project
  • Monitor and control the costs. Identify cost reducing opportunities and corrective actions where necessary
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities within the project
  • Monitor progress, analyse data, and create accurate reports
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources through evaluation, assessment, and reporting
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among the project team and the various stakeholders
  • Integrate all information from different countries and alignment with RB Rail AS objectives
  • Act as cross function support to all areas of Project Controls in RB Rail AS

To succeed, you should have

  • Bachelor’s of Science diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction or equivalent.
  • 2+ years working with schedule or cost control processes in the infrastructure industry; however, an engineering graduate may be considered.
  • Beginner level of understanding of Project Controls general technical skills.
  • Beginner level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and commissioning work processes.
  • An understanding of the challenges facing a high visibility megaproject in the transport sector
  • Resilience to coping with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Estonian languages
