Control and Reporting Specialist will assist with EDMS configuration, maintenance, and user support, enable document control activities by performing document control checks, and develop routine and ad hoc reports for monitoring document control and other Corporate Governance and Quality functions.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>We will entrust you to<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Support configuration and maintenance of the forms, document templates, workflows, metadata, and user access rights within the EDMS<span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Participate in system upgrades, validation, and change control activities to maintain system integrity and compliance with Document Control requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Provide training and ongoing support to users on Document control processes and EDMS functionality, document workflows, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and other related documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out document control checks in accordance with approved procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>To succeed, you should have<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree, technical or analytical disciplines are an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in document management, project administration, business support, IT support, or a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with any document management system or resource management system is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a structured, regulated, or process\u2011driven environment (corporate, engineering, infrastructure, quality, IT support, etc.) is beneficial.<\/li>\n<li>Experience preparing reports, presentations, or documentation is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or other reporting software) is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>High level of accuracy in reviewing, organizing, and maintaining documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of spoken and written English and Latvian
