The contracting authority the joint stock company RB Rail AS, registration number 40103845025, registered address: Satekles iela 2B, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia, announces open competition \u201cJoint Rail Baltica chainage and geodetic reference network development study<\/strong>\u201d (hereinafter \u2013 Open competition).<\/p>\n

The identification number of the Open competition is: ID No RBR 2022\/28.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The applicable CPV code is: 71350000-6<\/a> (Engineering-related scientific and technical services).<\/p>\n

The Open competition is co-financed by the Contracting authority and Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).<\/p>\n

The Open competition is organized in accordance with Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n

The Open competition is carried out using E-Tenders system (https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>) which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System.<\/p>\n

To apply for this Open competition Interested supplier has to register in E-Tenders system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s Electronic Procurement System registration documents (if the Tenderer is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Subject-matter of Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n

The subject-matter of the Open competition is investigations of existing National Geodetic Network points and locations of new pre-designed RB Geodetic Reference Network points for the entire length of the route and Location Design of RB Geodetic Reference Network points for the entire length of the route on behalf of RB Rail AS in accordance with Annex No 1 \u201cTechnical specification\u201d and Annex No 9 \u201cDraft contract\u201d of the Regulations.<\/p>\n

Regulation of Procurement is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at\u00a0 https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/97245<\/a> by\u00a028 July 2023 till 11:00 o\u2019clock.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Only Proposals submitted via E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the Open competition. Any Proposals submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the procurement procedure.<\/p>\n

Opening of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Proposals will be opened on the E-Tenders system on 28 July 2023 at 15:00 o\u2019clock<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>during the opening meeting. It is possible to follow the opening of submitted Proposals online on the E-Tenders system.<\/p>\n
