We hope to organize\u00a0face-to-face, if wished by suppliers, meetings, however\u00a0considering the\u00a0Covid-19 health safety requirements, online sessions using Microsoft Teams platform\u00a0may\u00a0be used for conducting these meetings.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting,\u00a0suppliers will be introduced with\u00a0the\u00a0Rail Baltica project, its\u2019\u00a0time schedule\u00a0and procurement\u00a0plan in the field of the subject matter.\u00a0The subject matter\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0procurement is\u00a0full scope\u00a0deployment\u00a0of CCS subsystem\u00a0for Rail Baltica\u00a0Global project by preparing the necessary designs,\u00a0supplying the materials,\u00a0implementing the construction works, followed by\u00a0commissioning works.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/> <strong>Meeting Agenda:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Introduction to the Rail Baltica project and project\u00a0schedule.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Information on the\u00a0planned\u00a0scope and timeline\u00a0for\u00a0the implementation of full scope of CCS\u00a0subsystem.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q&amp;A session:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Part 1: RB Rail AS questions to suppliers\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Part 2: Suppliers\u2019 answers\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Part 3: Suppliers\u2019 questions\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Part 4: RB Rail AS answers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The meetings will\u00a0focus\u00a0on\u00a0(1) works scope and timeline, (2)\u00a0construction phase\u00a0management, (3) resources\u00a0allocation, (4) expectations towards main contractual requirements, (5) pricing and payment conditions\u00a0and\u00a0expectations, (6) risks and risk mitigation measures, (7) expectations towards the procurement process, requirements,\u00a0evaluation,\u00a0and documentation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Meetings will be recorded and a\u00a0summarized\u00a0version of the minutes of all meetings will later be made available online at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/\">www.railbaltica.org<\/a>.\u00a0For the purposes of fair treatment of\u00a0all\u00a0suppliers and potential tenderers, RB Rail AS shall publish significant information shared with the Tenderers.\u202fVideo recordings\u00a0from\u00a0the e-meetings will not be\u00a0distributed\u00a0to\u00a0the suppliers and\/or third parties.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0The maximum number of meetings is limited to 16 (sixteen), with no more than 4 (four) representatives from one potential supplier allowed in the meeting. The applications meeting the requested supplier profile will be registered on a first-come-first-served basis, and RB Rail AS will confirm the participation of the supplier by sending a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the application.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application deadline<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>RB Rail AS will send out a questionnaire to be filled in and submitted not later than on 10 August 2022 and discussed during the meetings to the\u00a0respective\u00a0suppliers 6 (weeks) weeks before the scheduled meeting.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3398db;\"><b>The application process to participate in market consultation about the approaching Control Command and Signalling (CCS) subsystem procurement for the Rail Baltica Global Project has been closed.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>At the Supplier Meetings, RB Rail AS shall make no promises and\/or commitments towards any business agreement or any proposal and shall not provide any acceptance of any offers or potential offers. The Supplier Meetings are intended to inform RB Rail AS on the significant\u00a0full scope CCS subsystem\u00a0implementation\u00a0related\u00a0market\u00a0conditions as well as provide input into the development of the procurement conditions.
