At the meeting RB Rail AS representatives will introduce potential suppliers with the process of submission of the Applications, will explain the required forms to be submitted and\u00a0organization\u00a0of Q&amp;A process.\u00a0\u00a0Please note that questions related to subject-matter or scope of the procurement shall not be discussed.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Competitive procedure with negotiation\u00a0\u201c<\/strong><strong>Provision, Implementation and Customization of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)\u201d, identification No RBR 2022\/12<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Contracting authority joint stock company \u201eRB Rail AS\u201d, legal address: Satekles street 2B, Riga LV-1050, Latvia, announces competitive procedure with negotiations \u201cProvision, Implementation and Customization of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The identification number of this competitive procedure with negotiation is <strong>RBR 2022\/12<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The applicable CPV codes are: main CPV code: 48311100-2 (Document management system); additional CPV codes: 72200000-7 (Software programming and consultancy service), 80500000-9 (Training services).<\/p>\n<p>Competitive procedure with negotiations and subject matter is co-financed by Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).<\/p>\n<p>Competitive procedure with negotiation is organized in accordance with Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n<p>This competitive procedure with negotiation is carried out using E-Tenders system which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System (<u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\">https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a><\/u>).<\/p>\n<p>To apply as a Candidate for this procurement Interested supplier has to register in E-Tenders system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s Electronic Procurement System registration documents (if the candidate is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/\">http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Subject matter of competitive procedure with negotiation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The subject-matter of the Competition is provision (including consultations and support) of electronic document management system (EDMS) Software-as-a-service, implementation (configuration, training, consultations, data migration services) and customization services. \u00a0Subject-matter of this Competition is not divided in parts (lots).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Availability of the documents of the competitive procedure with negotiation <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The candidate selection regulation and all its annexes of competitive procedure with negotiation are available at the E-Tenders system in profile of publication in webpage\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/84050\">https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/84050<\/a> and at \u00a0the Contracting authority\u2019s Internet webpage\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/tenders\/\">http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/tenders\/<\/a>\u00a0(see section documents of the competitive procedure with negotiation below). Regulation of the competitive procedure with negotiation is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Submission of Applications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/84050\">https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/84050<\/a> by <strong>29 July 2022 till 15:00 <\/strong>o\u2019clock (Riga time).<\/p>\n<p>Only Applications submitted to the E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the procurement procedure.
