Subject-matter of the Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/a>The subject-matter of the Procurement is health insurance for RB Rail AS employees in Lithuania and Estonia branches (hereinafter \u2013 Services). Services must be provided in accordance with the Technical specification for Part No 1 ,,Health insurance services for RB Rail AS employees in Estonia\u201d and Part No 2 ,,Health insurance services for RB Rail AS employees in Lithuania\u201d.<\/p>\n

Availability of the Documents of the Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n

Procurement regulations and all its annexes are available on the E-Tenders system on webpage https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/53577<\/a> \u00a0and on\u00a0the Contracting authority\u2019s Internet webpage\u00a0http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/tenders\/<\/a>\u00a0(see section \u201cDocuments of the Procurement\u201d below). Regulation of the Procurement is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/53577<\/a> by\u00a0 25 March 2021 till 11:00 o\u2019clock (Riga time<\/u><\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Only Proposals submitted via E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the Procurement. Any Proposals submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the procurement procedure.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Opening of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Proposals will be opened on the E-Tenders system 25 March 2021 at 11:00 <\/u><\/strong>o\u2019clock (Riga time)<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0during the opening meeting. It is possible to follow the opening of submitted Proposals online on the E-Tenders system.<\/p>\n
