The Contracting authority \u2013 joint stock company \u201cRB Rail AS\u201d, legal address: Kri\u0161j\u0101\u0146a Valdem\u0101ra iela 8-7, Riga LV-1010, Latvia, announces procurement \u201cOrganisation Services for Rail Baltica Global Forum\u201d.<\/p>\n

The identification number of this procurement is\u00a0RBR 2019\/23<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The applicable CPV codes are: 79952000-2 (Event services) and 55520000-1 (Catering services).<\/p>\n

Procurement is co-financed by the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).<\/p>\n

Procurement is organised in accordance with Article 10 (1) of the Public Procurement Law of Latvia.<\/p>\n

This procurement is carried out using E-Tenders system which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System (\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>).<\/p>\n

To apply as a Candidate for this procurement Interested supplier has to register in E-Tenders system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s Electronic Procurement System registration documents (if the candidate is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0https:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Subject Matter of the Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n

The subject-matter of the procurement is purchase of organization services for Rail Baltica Global Forum.<\/p>\n

Availability of the Documents of the Procurement <\/strong><\/p>\n

The candidate selection regulation and all its annexes of procurement are available at the E-Tenders system in profile of publication in webpage\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/31436\u00a0<\/a>and at \u00a0the Contracting authority\u2019s Internet webpage\u00a0https:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/for-partners\/tenders\/<\/a>\u00a0(see section documents of the Procurement below). Regulation of the procurement is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/ProcurementProposals\/31436<\/a> \u00a0by 10 January 2020 till 15:00 o\u2019clock (Riga time).<\/p>\n

Only Proposals submitted to the E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the procurement procedure. Any Proposals submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the procurement procedure.<\/p>\n

Opening of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Proposals will be opened in the E-Tenders system 10 January 2020 at 15:00 o\u2019clock (Riga time)<\/strong> during the open meeting. It is possible to follow the opening of submitted proposals online in the E-Tenders system.<\/p>\n
