Sti.<\/span>\n            <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Competitive procedure with negotiation\u00a0\u201cPlanning, Scheduling, Reporting and Risk management software supply, implementation and maintenance\u201d, Identification No RBR 2019\/5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Contracting authority joint stock company \u201cRB Rail AS\u201d, legal address: Kri\u0161j\u0101\u0146a Valdem\u0101ra iela 8-7, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia, announces competitive procedure with negotiation \u201cPlanning, Scheduling, Reporting and Risk management software supply, implementation and maintenance\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The identification number of this competitive procedure with negotiations is\u00a0<strong>RBR 2019\/5<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The applicable CPV codes are: 48332000-4 (Scheduling software package), 72212332-5 (Scheduling software development services), 80500000-9 (Training services).<br \/> Competitive procedure with negotiation and subject matter is co-financed by Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).<\/p>\n<p>Competitive procedure with negotiation is organised in accordance with Public procurement law of Latvia.<\/p>\n<p>This competitive procedure with negotiation is carried out using E-Tenders system which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\">https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>To apply as a Candidate for this procurement Interested supplier has to register in E-Tenders system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s Electronic Procurement System registration documents (if the candidate is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/\">https:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Subject Matter of competitive procedure with negotiation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The subject-matter of the competitive procedure with negotiation is to have Planning, Scheduling, Reporting and Risk management software, including Cloud\/Web implementation, overall maintenance, training, implementation support and technical support. Regulation of the competitive procedure with negotiation is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submission of Applications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/18441\">https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/18441<\/a> by 18 April 2019 till 15:00 o\u2019clock (Riga time).<\/p>\n<p>Only Applications submitted to the E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the procurement procedure.
