The Contracting authority is joint stock company \u201eRB Rail AS\u201d, legal address: Kri\u0161j\u0101\u0146a Valdem\u0101ra iela 8-7, R\u012bga LV-1010, Latvia, announces open competition \u201cDevelopment of detailed BIM strategy for Rail Baltica railway\u201d.<\/p>\n

The identification number of this open competition is\u00a0RBR 2018\/3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The applicable CPV code are:\u00a071300000-1<\/a> (Engineering services) \u2013 main code, 72000000-5<\/a>, (IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support) \u2013 additional code.
Open competition and subject matter is co-financed by Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).
Open competition is organised in accordance with Public procurement law of Latvia.<\/p>\n

This open competition is carried out using E-Tenders system which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System (\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>).<\/p>\n

To apply as a Tenderer for this procurement Interested supplier has to register in E-Tenders system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s Electronic Procurement System registration documents (if the tenderer is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0https:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Subject Matter of Open Competition<\/strong><\/p>\n

The subject-matter of the open competition is development of detailed BIM strategy for Rail Baltica railway.<\/p>\n

The open competition regulation and all its annexes are available at the E-Tenders system in profile of publication in webpage\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/10018<\/a>\u00a0and at \u00a0the Contracting authority\u2019s Internet webpage\u00a0https:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/for-partners\/tenders\/<\/a>\u00a0(see section open competition documents below). Regulation of open competition is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/10018\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0by 8 March 2018 till 15:00 o\u2019clock.<\/p>\n

Only Proposals submitted to the E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the procurement procedure. Any Proposal submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the procurement procedure.<\/p>\n

The Proposals will be opened in the E-Tenders system 8 March 2018 at 15:00 o\u2019clock \u00a0during the open meeting. It is possible to follow the opening of submitted proposals online in the E-Tenders system.<\/p>\n
