Open competition and subject matter is co-financed by Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).<\/p>\n

Subject Matter of Open Competition<\/strong><\/p>\n

The objective of this procurement is to prepare the overall Operational Plan Concept for Rail Baltica railway corridor, on short, medium and longer term. The Operational Plan Concept is the proposed organization for the transport offer, which will be realized on the Rail Baltica railway.<\/p>\n

The place of delivery of consulting services for the preparation of study is in Riga, Latvia.<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposal for the open competition shall be submitted personally, by courier or registered mail delivery to the RB Rail AS, Kri\u0161j\u0101\u0146a Valdemara iela 8-7, 4th\u00a0<\/sup>floor, Riga, LV-1010). Proposal shall be submitted not later than by 10 October 2017, till 14:00 o\u2019clock<\/strong>.<\/u><\/p>\n

The opening of Proposals takes place during an open meeting of the procurement commission at 14.00 o\u2019clock on 10 October 2017<\/strong> at RB Rail AS office on 4th floor, Kri\u0161j\u0101\u0146a Valdemara iela 8-7, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia.<\/p>\n
