The main objective is to ensure an efficient link between both TEN-T nodes, by providing a sustainable, high quality, high capacity and fast connection, in order to integrate urban, suburban and international passenger flows.<\/p>\n<p>The provision of the study will take place in Tallinn (Estonia).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Availability of Open Competition Documents<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The open competition regulation and all its annexes are available at the Contracting authority\u2019s Internet webpage\u00a0<em>https:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/for-partners\/tenders\/<\/em> (see section open competition documents below).
