Technical Coordinator (Electrification)

Job summary
The primary responsibilities of Technical Coordinator (Electrification) will be to ensure effective technical coordination of the ENE program in Lithuania. The role supports consistent application of Rail Baltica Global Project design guidelines and generic design solutions, coordinates technical reviews and interfaces, and enables timely decision-making, compliance and readiness for subsequent design, procurement, and delivery phases.
We will entrust you to
- Coordinate review by implementing body and RB Rail technical team of design submissions (scope, quality, compliance, timing);
- Coordinate preparation and update of Comments Response Sheets (CRS) and Requitements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and ensure traceability of resolutions;
- Escalate critical design gaps, deviations and risks to Program management and relevant technical leads;
- Coordinate responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and technical queries: collect inputs, consolidate, ensure consistency, and issue responses on time;
- Manage local TSO agreements and coordinate technical inputs/outputs required for grid connections and related interfaces;
- Support Lithuanian PM and ENE program team on daily basis.
To succeed, you should have
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in electrical engineering, railway engineering, power systems, systems engineering, telecommunication or comparable field;
- Experience in design coordination / technical project coordination in infrastructure or railway systems, or complex engineering projects;
- Experience with rail electrification and/or high voltage interfaces will be considered as an advantage;
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite; experience with engineering/document systems (e.g., ProjectWise/EDMS/Asite) will be considered as an advantage;
- Resilience to coping with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work under pressure;
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and to facilitate timely decisions;
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
