BIM and AIM Coordinator

Job summary
The primary purpose of the Building Information Management (BIM) and Asset Information Management (AIM) Coordinator is to support and jointly lead the implementation of BIM systems across the Rail Baltica Global Project.
The role also requires reviewing, checking, and ensuring the quality of both Design and As-Built deliverables to facilitate their usage throughout the project lifecycle.
We will entrust you to
- Perform Design and as-built deliverable reviews together various Departments mainly focusing, but not limited to Rail Baltica projects in Estonia;
- Co-manage BIM Employer Information Requirements, BIM Execution Plans, BIM Data Models, Level of Development;
- Participate in Asset management system and information register implementation and its maintenance;
- Ensure necessary automated quality controls and other processes and workflows are implemented in BIM and other software platforms
- Improve and implement the BIM construction requirements;
- Function as BIM and AIM software platform co-owner and manage change request prioritization and further system development;
- Assist on managing the BIM and AIM software platforms and technical tools including CDE, plan maintenance, test workflows, and platform usability.
To succeed, you should have
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction management, Architecture or other discipline related to BIM;
- 3+ years of experience of BIM implementation and coordination;
- Experience with using BIM tools for reviewing and managing design deliverables
- Experience with linear infrastructure design projects will be considered as an advantage;
- Experience with any of the following: Autodesk Navisworks Manage, Revit, Civil 3D; Bentley OpenRoads, OpenRail, ProjectWise; Trimble Tekla Structures, Connect; Nemetschek Solibri, Allplan; Python, Dynamo, Grasshopper, SimpleBIM
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (incl. Sharepoint) and common CAD and BIM tools;
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a team environment;
- Fluent in English (at least B2) and Estonian ; a good command of technical English.
