The Procurement and subject matter is co-financed by the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF). The Procurement is organized in accordance with the Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Latvia.The Procurement is carried out using the E-Tenders system (https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>) which is a subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System.To apply for this Procurement interested supplier has to register in E-Tenders system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s Electronic Procurement System registration documents (if Tenderer is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Subject matter of the Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n

The subject matter of the Procurement is Expert consultation services and support of preparation of procurement-related documentation, commercial documentation, pricing approaches, procurement and related commercial strategy formulation, supply chain management planning and implementation support, contract implementation support ( including post-contract support periods), procurement and related contract implementation best practice analysis, and improvement, etc, as well as support in planning, managing, implementing and monitoring procurement procedures for the Global Project at any or all stages of its procurement implementation according to the Annex No 1 \u201cTechnical specification\u201d of the Procurement regulations.<\/p>\n

Procurement regulations and all its annexes are available on the E-Tenders system on the webpage https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/88462<\/a> and on the Contracting authority\u2019s Internet webpage\u00a0http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/tenders\/<\/a> (please see the section \u201cDocuments of the Procurement\u201d below). Regulations of the Procurement are available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available on https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/88462<\/a><\/p>\n

by 26 January 2023 till 11:00 (Riga time<\/u><\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Only Proposals submitted on the E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the Procurement. Any Proposals submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the Procurement.<\/p>\n
