The Contracting Authority conducts this procurement for the benefit of the:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Latvia represented by \u201cEiropas Dzelzce\u013ca l\u012bnijas\u201d SIA;<\/li>\n<li>\u201cLTG Infra\u201d AB appointed by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania;<\/li>\n<li>Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications of the Republic of Estonia represented by Rail Baltic Estonia O\u00dc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The applicable CPV code: 34928220-6 (Fencing components).<\/p>\n<p>Competition is organised in accordance with Public Procurement Law of Latvia.<\/p>\n<p>This Competition is carried out using E-Tenders system which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System (\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Organizer\/3001\">https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>To apply as a Tenderer for this procurement Interested supplier has to register in E-Tenders system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s Electronic Procurement System registration documents (if the tenderer is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/\">http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Subject Matter of competitive procedure with negotiations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The subject-matter of the Competition \u2013 is the supply of fence components as per agreement. General description of the subject-matter of the Competition is included in Annex No 2 \u201cGeneral description of the subject matter\u201d to the Regulation for the Selection of the Candidates (relevant for all procurement lots, unless specified otherwise in the description). During the stage of the Selection of the Candidates, General description of the subject matter is given for informative purposes only. Documents are available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submission of Applications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/87577\">https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/ProcurementProposals\/87577<\/a>\u00a0<strong>by 11 November 2022 till 14:00 o\u2019clock (Time Zone EET (Eastern European Time), Riga, Latvia)<\/strong>.\u00a0Only Applications submitted to the E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the procurement procedure.
