The Contracting authority is joint stock company \u201eRB Rail AS\u201d, legal address: Satekles iela 2B, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia, announces competitive procedure with negotiation \u201cDesign and design supervision services for the construction of the new line from Vilnius Urban Node to Kaunas Urban Node \u202f\u201d.<\/p>\n

The identification number of this competitive procedure with negotiation is\u00a0RBR 2022\/18<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The applicable CPV code is:\u00a071000000-8 (Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services).
Competitive procedure with negotiation and subject matter is co-financed by Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).
Competitive procedure with negotiation is organised in accordance with Public procurement law of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n

This competition with negotiation is carried out using E-Tenders system which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System (\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>).<\/p>\n

To apply as a Candidate for this procurement Interested supplier has to register in E-Tenders system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s Electronic Procurement System registration documents (if the candidate is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0https:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Subject Matter of Competitive procedure with negotiation<\/strong><\/p>\n

The subject-matter of the Competition is to provide building design and design supervision services for the construction of railway track substructure, superstructure as well as related civil structures on the new standard gauge (1435 mm) high speed double track electrified railway Rail Baltica line section from Vilnius Urban Node to Kaunas Urban Node.<\/p>\n

Regulation of the competitive procedure with negotiation is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Submission of Applications<\/strong><\/p>\n

Applications shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Stage\/Documents\/87540<\/u><\/a>\u00a0by\u00a014.10.2022.\u00a0before\u00a014:00 o\u2019clock\u00a0(Time Zone EEST (Eastern European Summer Time), Riga (Latvia).\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Only Applications submitted to the E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the procurement procedure. Any Applications submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the procurement procedure.<\/p>\n
