The Contracting authority joint-stock company RB Rail AS, legal address: Satekles street 2B, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia, announces procurement\u00a0 \u00a0\u201eEvents Organization on Baltic states for Rail Baltica Global Project\u201d (hereinafter \u2013 Procurement).<\/p>\n

The identification number of the Procurement is RBR 2022\/10.<\/p>\n

The applicable CPV code is 79952000-2 Event services<\/p>\n

The Procurement and subject matter is co-financed by the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).<\/p>\n

The Procurement is organized in accordance with the Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n

The Procurement is carried out using E-Tenders system (https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>) which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System.<\/p>\n

To apply for this Procurement interested supplier has to register in E-Tenders system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s Electronic Procurement System registration documents (if Tenderer is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Subject-matter of the Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n

Events organization services for Rail Baltica Global project in three Baltic states (Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia).\u00a0 RB Rail AS plans to sign a Framework agreement with one or multiple Contractors to receive full package of events organization services, including, but not limited to events concept preparation, partner coordination, technical equipment, venue rental, catering services, etc for various types of events ( international business conferences, digital webinars, NGO meetings, seminars, press events, etc.)<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available on\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/81907<\/a>\u00a0by 16 June 2022 till 15:00 (Riga time<\/u><\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Please note, that only Proposals submitted on E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the Procurement. Any Proposals submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the Procurement.<\/p>\n
