The contracting authority the joint stock company RB Rail AS, registration number 40103845025, registered address Satekles 2B, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia announces open competition \u201cTravel Agency services for business trips\u201d<\/strong> (hereinafter \u2013 Open competition).<\/p>\n

The identification number of the Open competition is: RBR 2022\/4.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The applicable CPV code is: 63510000-7 (travel agency and similar services).<\/p>\n

The Open competition is co-financed by the Contracting authority and Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).<\/p>\n

The Open competition is organized in accordance with Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n

The Open competition is carried out using E-Tenders system (https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>) which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System.<\/p>\n

To apply for this Open competition Interested supplier has to register in E-Tenders system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s Electronic Procurement System registration documents (if the Tenderer is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Subject-matter of Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n

Subject matter of the open competition is \u2013 Travel Agency services for Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia which are necessary to provide international and local business trips: reservation, delivery and, if necessary, change and cancellation of air, rail, road and water transport tickets; transfer processing and, if necessary, also change and cancellation; hotel reservations, delivery of reservations and, if necessary, change and cancellation; deposit, if required by the hotel reservation system; reservation of meeting rooms; processing and delivery of visas and, if necessary, cancellation; car rental reservation and, if necessary, cancellation; Subject-matter of the open competition is included in Annex No 2 \u201cTechnical specification\u201d to the Regulations.<\/p>\n

The Open competition Regulations and all its annexes are available at the E-Tenders system in profile of publication in webpage https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/74388<\/u><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0and at \u00a0the Contracting authority\u2019s webpage\u00a0http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/tenders\/<\/a>\u00a0. Regulation of Procurement is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at\u00a0 https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/74388 <\/a>\u00a0by April 22nd, 2022 till 11:00 o\u2019clock.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Only Proposals submitted via E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the Open competition. Any Proposals submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the procurement procedure.<\/p>\n

Opening of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Proposals will be opened on the E-Tenders system on April 22nd, 2022 at 11:00 o\u2019clock<\/strong>\u00a0during the opening meeting. It is possible to follow the opening of submitted Proposals online on the E-Tenders system.<\/p>\n
