Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, meetings shall be organized as online sessions using Microsoft Teams.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting,\u00a0suppliers will be introduced with\u00a0the\u00a0Rail\u00a0Baltica\u00a0project, its\u2019\u00a0time schedule\u00a0and\u00a0procurement\u00a0plan in the field of the subject matter.\u00a0<u>The subject matter\u00a0of<\/u><u>\u202f<\/u><u>these\u00a0procurements is\u00a0delivering either Nose Barrier or Fencing materials for the Rail\u00a0Baltica\u00a0Global<\/u>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Meeting Agenda:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduction to the Rail\u00a0Baltica\u00a0project and project\u00a0schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Information on the\u00a0planned\u00a0scope and timeline\u00a0for\u00a0either Noise Barrier or Fencing Procurements.<\/li>\n<li>Q&amp;A session:<\/li>\n<li>Part 1: RB Rail AS questions to suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Part 2: Suppliers\u2019 answers<\/li>\n<li>Part 3: Suppliers\u2019 questions<\/li>\n<li>Part 4: RB Rail AS answers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The maximum number of meetings is limited to\u00a016\u00a0(sixteen). The applications\u00a0meeting\u00a0the\u00a0requested supplier profile\u00a0will be registered on a first-come first-served basis, and RB Rail AS will confirm the participation of the supplier by sending a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the application.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>RB Rail AS will send out a questionnaire to be filled in and discussed during the meetings to the\u00a0respective\u00a0suppliers 2 (two) weeks before the scheduled meeting.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>To participate in the meeting, please fill out the form<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>\u202f<\/u><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/Pages\/ResponsePage.aspx?id=Hs8hKfLmqU29IPx_1zqSCQ6GIhzFKvdDnCyPE1mP82lUQjdPV09GRTNQUE5MVFc0UlhCTDM4RFlOOC4u\"><strong>HERE.<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Please apply for the meeting only in case you have experience in provision of the required\u00a0products in at least one project\u00a0with a comparable scale and complexity as Rail\u00a0Baltica\u00a0.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Please note, meetings will be recorded and a\u00a0summarized\u00a0version of the minutes of all meetings will later be made available online at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/\">www.railbaltica.org<\/a>. For the purposes of fair treatment of\u00a0all\u00a0suppliers and potential tenderers, RB Rail AS shall publish significant information shared with the Tenderers.\u202fVideo recordings\u00a0from\u00a0the e-meetings will not be\u00a0distributed\u00a0to\u00a0the suppliers and\/or third parties.<u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<p>At the Supplier Meetings, RB Rail AS shall make no promises and\/or commitments towards any business agreement or any proposal and shall not provide any acceptance of any offers or potential offers.
