The Contracting authority joint stock company RB Rail AS, legal address: Kri\u0161j\u0101\u0146a Valdem\u0101ra iela 8-7, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia, announces open competition\u00a0\u201cHealth insurance policies for RB Rail AS employees\u201d.<\/p>\n

The identification number of this Open competition is RBR 2021\/20.<\/p>\n

The applicable CPV code of the subject -matter for all 3 (three) parts: 66512200-4 (Health insurance services).<\/p>\n

The subject-matter of the procurement has been divided in 3 (three) parts:<\/p>\n

Part No 1 \u201cHealth insurance policies for RB Rail AS employees in Estonia\u201d<\/p>\n

Part No 2 \u201cHealth insurance policies for RB Rail AS employees in Lithuania\u201d<\/p>\n

Part No 3 \u201cHealth insurance policies for RB Rail AS employees in Latvia\u201d<\/p>\n

Open competition and subject-matter is co-financed by Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).<\/p>\n

Open competition is organised in accordance with Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n

Open competition is carried out using E-Tenders system (https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>) which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System.<\/p>\n

To apply for this Open competition Interested supplier has to register in E-Tenders system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s Electronic Procurement System registration documents (if the Tenderer is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Subject-matter of Open competition<\/strong><\/p>\n

The subject-matter of the open competition is health insurance policies for RB Rail AS employees (hereinafter \u2013 Services). Services must be provided in accordance with the Technical specification for Part No 1 \u201cHealth insurance policies for RB Rail AS employees in Estonia\u201d, Part No 2 \u201cHealth insurance policies for RB Rail AS employees in Lithuania\u201d and Part No 3 \u201cHealth insurance policies for RB Rail AS employees in Latvia\u201d.<\/p>\n

Open competition regulations and all its annexes are available on the E-Tenders system in profile of publication on webpage\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/62182<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0and on\u00a0the Contracting authority\u2019s Internet webpage\u00a0http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/tenders\/<\/a>\u00a0(see section \u201cDocuments of the Open competition\u201d below). Regulations of the Open competition is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/62182<\/a> by 3 November 2021 till 11:00 o\u2019c<\/span>lock (Time zone EET (Eastern European Time),<\/span> Riga (Latvia)).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Only Proposals submitted via E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the Open competition. Any Proposals submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the procurement procedure.<\/p>\n

The Proposal must be submitted in a written form in English or Latvian<\/strong> (if submitted in Latvian, translation in English of the Proposal must be provided together with the Proposal).<\/p>\n

Opening of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Proposals will be opened on the E-Tenders system 3<\/span> November 2021 till 11:00 o\u2019clock (Time zone EET (Eastern European Time),<\/span> Riga (Latvia))<\/strong>\u00a0during the opening meeting. It is possible to follow the opening of submitted Proposals online on the E-Tenders system.<\/p>\n
