The Procurement is co-financed by the Contracting authority and Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).

Subject-matter of Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/a>The subject-matter of the Procurement is Consulting services & expert advice for railway tunnels for Rail Baltica Global Project (hereinafter \u2013 Services) according to Technical specification (Annex No 1).<\/p>\n

Regulation of Procurement is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at\u00a0 https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/61611<\/a> \u00a0by\u00a02 September 2021 till 15:00\u00a0o\u2019clock.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Only Proposals submitted via E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the Procurement. Any Proposals submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the procurement procedure.<\/p>\n

Opening of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Proposals will be opened on the E-Tenders system\u00a02 September\u00a02021 at 15:00 o\u2019clock<\/strong>\u00a0during the opening meeting. It is possible to follow the opening of submitted Proposals online on the E-Tenders system.<\/p>\n
