All interested suppliers are invited to apply for a online meeting with the representatives of RB Rail AS scheduled for <strong>25 August 2021 <u>at 13:30 <\/u><\/strong><strong><u>over <\/u><\/strong><strong><u>MS Teams platform<\/u><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Duration of the meeting is estimated to be about one hour.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Registration is required to secure invitation to the MS Teams meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Please register to the meeting by end of 23 August 2021 by sending message to e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:rails@railbaltica.org\">rails@railbaltica.org<\/a> containing:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Company name,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Area of business (rail manufacturers\/suppliers who are potential suppliers are expected),<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Participant name(-s), position, e-mail address, phone number.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">It is advised that managers or specialists in charge of the preparation of the application, required documents, organisation of the correspondence and submission of the application participates in the meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Meeting shall concern administrative matters related to the preparation and submission of the application only. The Contracting Authority conducts this procurement for the benefit of the:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Latvia represented by \u201cEiropas Dzelzce\u013ca l\u012bnijas\u201d SIA;<\/li>\n<li>\u201cLTG Infra\u201d AB appointed by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania;<\/li>\n<li>Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications of the Republic of Estonia represented by Rail Baltic Estonia O\u00dc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The identification number of this competition is\u00a0RBR 2021\/15.<\/p>\n<p>The applicable CPV code:\u00a034941200-7 (track rails).<\/p>\n<p>Competition is organised in accordance with Public Procurement Law of Latvia.<\/p>\n<p>This Competition is carried out using E-Tenders system which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System (\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\">https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>To apply as a Tenderer for this procurement Interested supplier has to register in E-Tenders system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s Electronic Procurement System registration documents (if the tenderer is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/\">http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Subject Matter of Competition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Subject-matter of the Competition<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>Consolidated supply of rails for Rail Baltica railway construction <\/strong>in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia for each of the delivery points (please see the delivery points listed in the Annex No 2). General description of the subject-matter of the Competition is included in Annex No 2 \u201cGeneral description of the subject matter\u201d to the Regulations for the Selection of Candidates. <strong>During the stage of the Selection of the Candidates, <\/strong><strong>General description of the subject matter is given for informative purposes only. Only Applications submitted to the E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the procurement procedure.
