The contracting authority the joint stock company RB Rail AS, registration number 40103845025, registered address: Kr. Valdem\u0101ra iela 8 \u2013 7, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia organises procurement \u201cIT equipment and infrastructure goods<\/strong>\u201d (hereinafter \u2013 Procurement).<\/p>\n

The identification number is: RBR 2021\/14.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The applicable CPV code is: 30000000-9 (Office and computing machinery, equipment and supplies except furniture and software packages).<\/p>\n

The Procurement is co-financed by the Contracting authority and Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).
Procurement is organised in accordance with Section 9 of the Public procurement law of Latvia.<\/p>\n

Subject-matter of Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n

The subject-matter of the Procurement is IT equipment and infrastructure goods supply for RB Rail AS in accordance with Annex No 2 \u201cTechnical specification\u201d of Regulations.<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at\u00a0 https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/56404\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0by\u00a014<\/strong> May 2021 till 14:00\u00a0o\u2019clock.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Only Proposals submitted via E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the Procurement. Any Proposals submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the procurement procedure.<\/p>\n
