Regulation of the restricted competition is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submission of Applications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications shall be submitted electronically using the tools provided by the E-Tenders system available at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/37766\">https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/37766<\/a> \u00a0by <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>19 <\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">June<\/span> 2020 till 11:00 <\/strong>o\u2019clock (Time Zone EEST (Eastern European Summer Time), Riga (Latvia))).<\/p>\n<p>Only Applications submitted to the E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the procurement procedure.
