Consulting GmbH<\/span>\n            <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Competitive procedure with negotiations \u201cEngineering services for preparation, procurement and supervision of Rail Baltica energy subsystem deployment\u201d\u00a0(identification No RBR 2020\/10)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Contracting authority joint stock company RB Rail AS, legal address: Kri\u0161j\u0101\u0146a Valdem\u0101ra iela 8-7, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia, announces competitive procedure with negotiations \u201cNotified Body (NoBo) services for the Rail Baltica trackside infrastructure TSI conformity assessment (verification)\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The identification number of this procurement procedure is\u00a0RBR 2020\/10.<\/p>\n<p>The applicable CPV code is: 71300000-1 (Engineering services).<\/p>\n<p>Procurement procedure and subject-matter is co-financed by Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).<\/p>\n<p>Procurement procedure is organised in accordance with Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n<p>Procurement procedure is carried out using E-Tenders system (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\">https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>) which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System.<\/p>\n<p>To apply for this procurement procedure Interested supplier has to register in E-Tenders system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s Electronic Procurement System registration documents (if the Tenderer is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/lt\/konkursai\/e-pirkimu-sistema\/\">https:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Subject-matter of procurement procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The subject-matter of the procurement procedure is provision of engineering services for preparation, procurement and supervision of Rail Baltica energy subsystem deployment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Availability of the documents of the procurement procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Procurement procedure regulations and all its annexes are available on the E-Tenders system in profile of publication on webpage <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/36280\">https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/36280<\/a> and on\u00a0the Contracting authority\u2019s Internet webpage\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/for-partners\/tenders\/\">https:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/for-partners\/tenders\/<\/a>\u00a0(see section \u201cDocuments of the procurement procedure\u201d below). Regulations of the procurement procedure is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submission of Applications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/36280\">https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/36280<\/a> <strong><u>by <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">25<\/span> May 2020 till 15:00 o\u2019clock (Riga time<\/u><\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Only applications submitted via E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the procurement procedure.
