The contracting authority joint stock company RB Rail AS, registration number 40103845025, registered address: Kr. Valdem\u0101ra iela 8 \u2013 7, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia organizes procurement \u201cOn-demand accounting advisory services\u201d (hereinafter \u2013 Procurement).<\/p>\n

The identification number of the Procurement is RBR 2020\/7.<\/p>\n

The applicable CPV codes are 79412000-5 (Financial management consultancy services) and 79211000-6 (Accounting services).<\/p>\n

The Procurement is co-financed by the Contracting authority and Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).<\/p>\n

Procurement is organised in accordance with Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n

Procurement is carried out using E-Tenders system (https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>) which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System.<\/p>\n

To apply for this Procurement Interested supplier has to register in E-Tenders system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s Electronic Procurement System registration documents (if the Tenderer is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0https:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Subject-matter of Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n

The subject-matter of the Procurement is on-demand accounting advisory services in accordance with Annex No 1 \u201cTechnical specification\u201d.<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available on\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/35866<\/a>\u00a0by 27 April 2020 till 15:00 o\u2019clock (Riga time<\/u><\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Only proposals submitted through E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the Procurement. Any proposals submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the Procurement.<\/p>\n
