The Contracting authority joint stock company RB Rail AS, legal address: Kri\u0161j\u0101\u0146a Valdem\u0101ra iela 8-7, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia, announces open competition\u00a0\u201cAudit services for 2019 \u2013 2021\u201d.<\/p>\n

The identification number of this Open competition is\u00a0RBR 2019\/21.<\/p>\n

The applicable CPV code is: 79212300-6 (Statutory audit services).<\/p>\n

Open competition and subject-matter is co-financed by Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).<\/p>\n

Open competition is organised in accordance with Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n

Open competition is carried out using E-Tenders system (https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>) which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System.<\/p>\n

To apply for this Open competition Interested supplier has to register in E-Tenders system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s Electronic Procurement System registration documents (if the Tenderer is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0https:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Subject-matter of Open competition<\/strong><\/p>\n

The subject-matter of the Open competition is provision of audit services for RB\u00a0Rail AS financial statements for the financial year 2019, 2020 and 2021 as well as provision of audit services on Rail Baltica Global Project expenditure (eligible costs) declared by the RB\u00a0Rail AS and Beneficiaries of Rail Baltica Global Project.<\/p>\n

Open competition regulations and all its annexes are available on the E-Tenders system in profile of publication on webpage\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/28533<\/a> and on\u00a0the Contracting authority\u2019s Internet webpage\u00a0https:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/for-partners\/tenders\/<\/a>\u00a0(see section \u201cDocuments of the Open competition\u201d below). Regulations of the Open competition is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/28533<\/a>\u00a0by 19 November 2019 till 15:00 o\u2019clock (Riga time<\/u><\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Only Proposals submitted via E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the Open competition. Any Proposals submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the procurement procedure.<\/p>\n

Opening of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Proposals will be opened on the E-Tenders system\u00a019 November 2019 at 15:00 o\u2019clock (Riga time)<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0during the opening meeting. It is possible to follow the opening of submitted Proposals online on the E-Tenders system.<\/p>\n
