Subject-matter of Open Competition<\/strong><\/p>\n

The subject-matter of the Procurement is the supply of Neural Machine Translation software from\/ to 4 languages (English, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian) and maintenance services in accordance with Annex No 1 \u201cTechnical specification\u201d.<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposal for the Procurement shall be submitted personally, by courier or mail to the RB Rail AS, Kri\u0161j\u0101\u0146a Valdem\u0101ra iela 8-7 (4th<\/sup> floor), Riga, LV-1010. A Proposal shall be submitted not later than by\u00a03\u00a0October, 2019, till 14:00 o\u2019clock (Riga time).<\/strong><\/p>\n
