Valdemara iela 8 \u2013 7, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia<\/u> organises Open Competition \u201cRecruitment Services (Baltic states \u2013 Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia)\u201d.<\/p>\n

Open Competition and subject matter is co-financed by Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).
Open competition is organised in accordance with Public procurement law of Latvia.<\/p>\n

This Open Competition is carried out using E-Tenders system which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System (\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Subject Matter of Open Competition<\/strong><\/p>\n

The procurement ir organised to procure a provider to manage recruitment process on behalf of RB Rail AS in accordance with Technical Specification.<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/15196<\/a> \u00a0by 29 January 2019 till 15:00 o\u2019clock.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Only Proposals submitted to the E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the procurement procedure. Any Proposal submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the procurement procedure.<\/p>\n
