Arita joined the Rail Baltica project three years ago, motivated by the unique opportunity to apply her experience in eligibility and compliance control to the largest infrastructure project in the Baltics. Since then, she has gained valuable knowledge and a deeper understanding of how complex, international projects operate.<\/p>\n<p>In her role, Arita ensures that expenses comply with grant regulations, financial reports are accurate, and that funding is genuinely used to support the construction of the Rail Baltica railway. She sees the project as both a meaningful professional challenge and a chance to contribute to something with long-term regional impact.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">When did you join the Rail Baltica project and what inspired you to become a part of the team?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">I joined the Rail Baltica project exactly three years ago, inspired by unique opportunity to apply my previous experience in eligibility and compliance control to the biggest infrastructure project in Baltics.
