I\u0161 viso j\u0173 yra keturi \u2013 sankasos ir in\u017einerini\u0173 statini\u0173 ruo\u017ee nuo Kauno iki Latvijos sienos, ilgiausio Baltijos \u0161alyse tilto per Neries up\u0119 statyboms ir automobili\u0173 keli\u0173 tiesimo darbams. Tai bus naujos kartos transporto centras, kuris \u201eRail Baltica\u201c sujungs su miestu, o \u0161alies sostin\u0119 \u2013 su Europa. Jau dabar rengiamas Kauno mazgo specialusis planas apimsiantis ir Kauno stoties modernizavim\u0105, o netrukus bus planuojama ir Panev\u0117\u017eio gele\u017einkelio mazgo tolimesn\u0117 pl\u0117tra\u201c, \u2013 teig\u0117 M. Narmontas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Regionin\u0117s stotys ir krovini\u0173 terminalai<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2020-aisiais buvo priimtas sprendimas visoje \u201eRail Baltica\u201c linijoje suprojektuoti regionines stotis. Lietuvoje j\u0173 bus 11, Latvijoje \u2013 17, o Estijoje \u2013 12. Regioniniai traukiniai i\u0161vystys maksimal\u0173 200 km\/val. greit\u012f. Kiekviena \u0161alis d\u0117l regionini\u0173 paslaug\u0173 spr\u0119s pati, bet jau dabar ai\u0161ku, kad \u201eRail Baltica\u201c u\u017etikrins ne tik tarptautines, bet ir vietines greitojo gele\u017einkelio paslaugas.<\/p>\n<p>Taip pat 2020-aisiais Lietuvoje europin\u0117 gele\u017einkelio v\u0117\u017e\u0117 buvo nutiesta iki Kauno intermodalinio terminalo, Latvijoje paskelbtas Salaspilio krovini\u0173 terminalo projektavimo konkursas, o Estijoje jau projektuojami M\u016bgos ir Pernu terminalai.
