Naujoji studija dar kart\u0105 patvirtino projekto ekonomin\u012f pelningum\u0105 ir naud\u0105, be to, joje atnaujinti duomenys apie parametrus, b\u016btinus siekiant t\u0119stinio projekto finansavimo ES ir nacionalin\u0117mis l\u0117\u0161omis.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eErnst &amp; Young Baltic Ltd\u201c (toliau \u2013 EY) parengta studija yra viso globalaus projekto [1] \u2013 vie\u0161osios prieigos gele\u017einkelio infrastrukt\u016bros trijose Baltijos \u0161alyse \u2013 ka\u0161t\u0173 ir naudos analiz\u0117. Pagrindinis studijos tikslas yra dar kart\u0105 patvirtinti ekonomin\u012f Rail Baltica pagr\u012fstum\u0105 atsi\u017evelgiant \u012f pakeist\u0105 mar\u0161rut\u0105 ir po 2011 m. AECOM studijos i\u0161pl\u0117st\u0105 projekto apimt\u012f, pateikti naujus duomenis apie parametrus, susijusius su ilgalaikiu projekto finansavimu.<\/p>\n<p>Studijoje nurodoma, kad bendros projekto i\u0161laidos yra <strong>5,8 mlrd.<\/strong> visose trijose \u0161alyse: Estijoje \u2013 1,35 mlrd. (valstyb\u0117s dalis ~268 mln.), Latvijoje \u2013 1,968 mlrd. (valstyb\u0117s dalis ~393 mln.), Lietuvoje \u2013 2,473 <em>mlrd. (valstyb\u0117s dalis ~493 mln.).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Apskai\u010diuota projekto socialin\u0117 ir ekonomin\u0117 nauda yra ma\u017edaug 16,2 mlrd. eur\u0173 ir gerokai vir\u0161ija nacionalin\u0119 valstybini\u0173 investicij\u0173 dal\u012f. Skai\u010diuojama, jog projektas sukurs papildom\u0173 2 mlrd. eur\u0173 skatinam\u0105j\u012f poveik\u012f BVP. Be to, projektas teiks kit\u0105 nei\u0161matuojam\u0105 naud\u0105 (daugiausia skatinamojo pob\u016bd\u017eio). Taigi projektas ekonomi\u0161kai naudingas, nes nauda visuomenei yra gerokai didesn\u0117 u\u017e projekto kapitalo ir eksploatacijos i\u0161laidas.<\/p>\n<p>Rail Baltica grynoji socialin\u0117 ir ekonomin\u0117 nauda trij\u0173 Baltijos \u0161ali\u0173 ekonomikoms vidutini\u0161kai bus 6 eurai u\u017e kiekvien\u0105 i\u0161 nacionalinio biud\u017eeto investuot\u0105 eur\u0105.<\/p>\n<p>Projekto Rail Baltica statybos etape bus sukurta apie 13\u00a0000 darbo viet\u0173 statybos srityje ir daugiau nei 24\u00a0000 netiesiogini\u0173 arba paskatint\u0173 darbo viet\u0173 susijusiose pramon\u0117s \u0161akose. Eksploatacijos etape Rail Baltica leis sukurti s\u0105lygas, i\u0161gelb\u0117sian\u010dias apie 400 \u017emoni\u0173 gyvybi\u0173, o tai vidutini\u0161kai prilygsta 30 mln. eur\u0173 per metus vertei.
