The Contracting authority joint stock company RB Rail AS, legal address: Satekles iela 2B, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia, announces a procurement \u201cInsurance related consultation services<\/em>\u201d (hereinafter \u2013 Procurement).<\/p>\n

The identification number of the Procurement is\u00a0RBR 2025\/6.<\/p>\n

The applicable CPV code of the subject-matter is 66510000-8 (Insurance services).<\/p>\n

The Procurement and subject-matter is co-financed by the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).<\/p>\n

The Procurement is organised in accordance with the Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n

The Procurement is carried out using E-Tenders system (https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>) which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System.<\/p>\n

To apply for this Procurement interested supplier has to register in E-Tenders system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s Electronic Procurement System registration documents (if Tenderer is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Subject-matter of the Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n

The subject-matter of the Procurement is the provision of Insurance related consultation services according to the Annex No 1 \u201cTechnical specification\u201d of the Procurement regulations.<\/p>\n

Procurement regulations and all its annexes are available on the E-Tenders system on webpage\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/147180<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0and on the Contracting authority\u2019s Internet webpage\u00a0http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/tenders\/<\/a>\u00a0(please see the section \u201cDocuments of the Procurement\u201d below). Regulations of the Procurement is available free of charge.<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available on https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/147180<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0by 27 May 2025 till 11:00 (Riga time<\/u><\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n

Only Proposals submitted on E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the Procurement. Any Proposals submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the Procurement.<\/p>\n
