The Contracting authority, joint stock company \u201eRB Rail\u201d AS, legal address: Satekles iela 2B, R\u012bga LV-1050, Latvia, announces an open competition\u00a0\u201cIT \u2013 equipment Framework\u201d <\/strong>(hereinafter \u2013 Procurement).<\/p>\n

The identification number of this Procurement is\u00a0RBR 2023\/8.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The applicable CPV codes are:\u00a0<\/p>\n

30000000-9 \u2013 Office and computing machinery, equipment and supplies except furniture and software packages,\u00a0<\/p>\n

30100000-0 \u2013 Office machinery,<\/p>\n

30213000-5 \u2013 Personal computers,<\/p>\n

31154000-0 \u2013 Uninterruptible power supplies,<\/p>\n

32420000-3 \u2013 Network equipment.<\/p>\n

Subject matter is co-financed by Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).<\/p>\n

Procurement is organised in accordance with Public Procurement Law of Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n

The Procurement is carried out using Electronic Procurement system (https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>) which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System.<\/p>\n

To apply for this Procurement, Interested supplier has to register in Electronic Procurement system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s registration documents (if the Tenderer is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Subject Matter of the Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n

Through the open competition Contracting authority intends to establish the list of suppliers having required qualification and experience for supplies of IT goods who could be called on-demand basis to sell goods throughout the implementation of Rail Baltica Global project\u00a0 in accordance with Annex No 1 \u201cTechnical specification\u201d, Annex No 5a \u201cTechnical proposal\u201d and Annex No 8 \u201cDraft contract\u201d of the Regulations.<\/p>\n

Regulations of the Procurement is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the Electronic Procurement system available at\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/ProcurementProposals\/108856\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0by\u00a0January 26<\/strong>, 2024 till 11:00 o\u2019clock<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Only proposals submitted via Electronic Procurement system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the Procurement. Any proposals submitted outside the Electronic Procurement system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the Procurement.<\/p>\n
