The Contracting authority, joint stock company \u201eRB Rail\u201d AS, legal address: Satekles iela 2B, R\u012bga LV-1050, Latvia, announces a procurement\u00a0\u201cData center services\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>(hereinafter \u2013 Procurement).<\/p>\n

The identification number of this Procurement is\u00a0RBR 2023\/1.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The applicable CPV codes are:\u00a072317000-0 (Data storage services),\u00a048820000-2\u00a0(Servers),\u00a050312600-1\u00a0(Maintenance and repair of information technology equipment).<\/p>\n

Subject matter is co-financed by Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).<\/p>\n

Procurement is organised in accordance with Public Procurement Law of Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n

The Procurement is carried out using Electronic Procurement system (https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>) which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System.<\/p>\n

To apply for this Procurement, Interested supplier has to register in Electronic Procurement system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s registration documents (if the Tenderer is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Subject Matter of the Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n

The subject of the procurement is virtual server resources, incl. provision of virtual server licenses, software, IT equipment rental and customer and\/or rented IT equipment deployment services in accordance with the requirements specified in Annex 2 \u201cTechnical Specification-Proposal\u201d to the procurement Regulations.<\/p>\n

Regulations of the Procurement is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the Electronic Procurement system available at\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/ProcurementProposals\/94807<\/a>\u00a0by\u00a021\u00a0July\u00a02023 till 11:00 o\u2019clock<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Only proposals submitted via Electronic Procurement system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the Procurement. Any proposals submitted outside the Electronic Procurement system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the Procurement.<\/p>\n
