The contracting authority the joint stock company RB Rail AS, registration number 40103845025, registered address: Satekles iela 2B, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia, announces competitive procedure with negotiation \u201cIT Architecture Development Strategy<\/strong>\u201d (hereinafter \u2013 Procurement).<\/p>\n

The identification number of the Procurement is: RBR 2023\/5.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The applicable CPV code is: 72000000-5 (T services: consulting, software development, Internet and support),<\/p>\n

The Procurement is co-financed by the Contracting authority and Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).<\/p>\n

The Procurement is organized in accordance with Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n

The Procurement is carried out using E-Tenders system (https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>) which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System.<\/p>\n

To apply for this Procurement Interested supplier has to register in E-Tenders system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s Electronic Procurement System registration documents (if the Tenderer is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Subject-matter of Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n

The subject-matter of the Procurement is to define the long-term IT Architecture Strategy for Contracting Authority and Rail Baltica project.<\/p>\n

The Procurement regulations and all its annexes are available at the E-Tenders system in profile of publication in webpage\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/98080<\/a> \u00a0and at \u00a0the Contracting authority\u2019s webpage\u00a0http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/tenders\/<\/a>\u00a0. Regulation of Procurement is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Submission of Applications<\/strong><\/p>\n

Applications shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at\u00a0 https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/98080<\/a> \u00a0by\u00a024 July 2023 till 10:00\u00a0o\u2019clock.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Only Applications submitted via E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the Procurement. Any Applications submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the procurement procedure.<\/p>\n

The Applications will be opened on the E-Tenders system on\u00a024 July\u00a02023 at 14:00 o\u2019clock<\/strong>\u00a0during the opening meeting. It is possible to follow the opening of submitted Applications online on the E-Tenders system.<\/p>\n
