Regulations of the Procurement is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/79550\">https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/79550<\/a> <strong><u>by 27 June 2022 till 15:00 (Riga time<\/u><\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Only Proposals submitted on E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the Procurement.
