The contracting authority the joint stock company RB Rail AS, registration number 40103845025, registered address: Kr. Valdem\u0101ra iela 8 \u2013 7, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia organises procurement \u201cR<\/strong>ental of coffee machines and purchase of related supplies<\/strong>\u201d (hereinafter \u2013 Procurement).<\/p>\n

The identification number is: RBR 2021\/7.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The applicable CPV code is: 39711310-5\u00a0(Electric coffee makers), 15861000-1(Coffee).<\/p>\n

The Procurement is co-financed by the Contracting authority and Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).
Procurement is organised in accordance with Section 9 of the Public procurement law of Latvia.<\/p>\n

Subject-matter of Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n

The subject-matter of the Procurement is rental of coffee machines and purchase of related supplies for the employees of RB Rail in accordance with Annex No 2 \u201cTechnical specification\u201d.<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/54164\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0by\u00a016<\/strong> April 2021 till 14:00\u00a0o\u2019clock.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Only Proposals submitted via E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the Procurement. Any Proposals submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the procurement procedure.<\/p>\n

Opening of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Proposals will be opened on the E-Tenders system\u00a016<\/strong> April\u00a02021 at 14:00 o\u2019clock<\/strong>\u00a0during the opening meeting. It is possible to follow the opening of submitted Proposals online on the E-Tenders system.<\/p>\n
