Procurement procedure and subject-matter is co-financed by Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).<\/p>\n

Procurement procedure is organised in accordance with the Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n

Procurement procedure is carried out using E-Tenders system (https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>) which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System.<\/p>\n

The subject-matter of the procurement procedure is engineering services for preparation, procurement and supervision of\u202fRail Baltica Control-Command and Signalling subsystem deployment.<\/p>\n

Submission of Applications<\/strong><\/p>\n

Applications shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at\u00a0https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/46598<\/a> by 14 December 2020 till 15:00 (Riga time<\/u><\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n

Only applications submitted via E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the procurement procedure. Any applications submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the procurement procedure.<\/p>\n
