The Contracting authority joint stock company RB Rail AS, legal address: Kri\u0161j\u0101\u0146a Valdem\u0101ra iela 8-7, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia, announces procurement \u201cGIS support and development services\u201d.<\/p>\n

The identification number of this Procurement is\u00a0RBR 2020\/16.<\/p>\n

The applicable CPV code is 72260000-5 (Software-related services).<\/p>\n

Procurement is co-financed by Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).<\/p>\n

Procurement is organised in accordance with Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n

Procurement is carried out using E-Tenders system (https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>) which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System.<\/p>\n

To apply for this Procurement Interested supplier has to register in E-Tenders system by submitting Tenderer\u2019s Electronic Procurement System registration documents (if the Tenderer is not registered in Electronic Procurement System) in State Regional Development Agency (please see information here:\u00a0http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/e-procurement-system\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Subject-matter of the Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n

The subject-matter of the Procurement is support and development services for GIS installation, development, integration, maintenance and consultancy services (including implementation of asset register) in ArcGIS environment. Additional development may include also connection development between ArcGIS solution and other software solutions.<\/p>\n

Procurement regulations and all its annexes are available on the E-Tenders system on webpage https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/45938<\/a>\u00a0and on\u00a0the Contracting authority\u2019s Internet webpage\u00a0http:\/\/rb.forget.lv\/for-partners\/tenders\/<\/a>\u00a0(see section \u201cDocuments of the Procurement\u201d below). Regulation of the Procurement is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier\/Procurement\/45938<\/a>\u00a0by\u00a0 19 October 2020 till 15:00 o\u2019clock (Riga time<\/u><\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Only Proposals submitted via E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the Procurement. Any Proposals submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the procurement procedure.<\/p>\n

Opening of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Proposals will be opened on the E-Tenders system 19 October 2020 at 15:00 o\u2019clock (Riga time)<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0during the opening meeting. It is possible to follow the opening of submitted Proposals online on the E-Tenders system.<\/p>\n
