Open procedure is organised in accordance with Public procurement law of Latvia.<\/p>\n

Open procedure is carried out using E-Tenders system which is subsystem of the Electronic Procurement System (https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Supplier<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Subject Matter of open procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n

The subject-matter of the open procedure is elaboration of the recommended generic CCS-solution for the Rail Baltica line as well as elaboration of the procurement and deployment strategy.<\/p>\n

Open procedure regulations and all its annexes are available at the E-Tenders system in profile of publication in webpage https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Procurement\/Edit\/22051<\/a> and at \u00a0the Contracting authority\u2019s Internet webpage\u00a0https:\/\/www.railbaltica.org\/for-partners\/tenders\/<\/a>\u00a0(see section documents of the open procedure below). Regulations of the open procedure is available free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Submission of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals shall be submitted electronically using the tools offered by the E-Tenders system available at https:\/\/www.eis.gov.lv\/EKEIS\/Procurement\/Edit\/22051<\/a> by 25 July 2019 till 15:00 o\u2019clock (Riga time<\/u><\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Only Proposals submitted to the E-Tenders system will be accepted and evaluated for participation in the procurement procedure. Any Proposals submitted outside the E-Tenders system will be declared as submitted in a non-compliant manner and will not participate in the procurement procedure.<\/p>\n

Opening of Proposals<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Proposals will be opened in the E-Tenders system 25 July 2019 at 15:00 o\u2019clock (Riga time)<\/u><\/strong> during the open meeting. It is possible to follow the opening of submitted Proposals online in the E-Tenders system.<\/p>\n
